CANCELLATIONS & OTHER FEES

  • Any reservation made online or by phone is not considered final or confirmed until it is approved by one of our representatives along with the price. An email notification of the confirmed reservation will be sent to the provided email address along with the price.
  • Cancellation Penalty: All reservations have a cancellation penalty if cancelled after the reservation is made and finalized by our dispatch office.
  • Sedan/SUV: If a reservation for Sedan/SUV is cancelled 24 hours prior to the pickup time, there will be a 25% cancellation charge with no exceptions.
  • Sprinter Vans / Limo / Buses: If a reservation for Sprinter Vans / Limo / Buses is cancelled 72 hours prior to the pickup time, there will be a 50% cancellation charge. All cancellations within 72 hours will have a full cancellation charge.
  • Full Fare: If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time, the full fare will be charged with no exceptions.

FLIGHT CHANGE

  • The passenger must notify our dispatch office 5 hours prior to the pickup time of any flight changes. Full cancellation will be charged for the scheduled ride.

BAGGAGE

  • The passenger is responsible for collecting all luggage and items when dropped off at the destination from the vehicle. Lost baggage and items by airlines will be the passenger’s responsibility, and waiting time will be charged for waiting at the airport after the grace period has passed.

INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC FLIGHTS GRACE TIME

  • Domestic Flights: There is a 45-minute grace period on domestic flights from the time the flight actually lands at the airport. Waiting time will be charged after 45 minutes at $1.00/min.
  • International Flights: There is a 1 hour 10 minute grace period on international flights. Waiting time will be charged after that at $1.00/min.

CUSTOMS ARRIVALS

  • Drivers will be kept at customs for an hour and 15 minutes for international flights and one hour for domestic flights. If no contact is made, the driver will be released, and a full charge will be charged. If the passenger contacts our dispatch office/driver and requests the driver to wait, the driver will wait, and the wait time will be charged at $1.00/min.

NON-AIRPORT PICKUPS

  • There is a 10-minute grace period on non-airport pickups. After the grace period, a waiting time charge will be charged at $1.00/min.

Cruise ship and pier pickups:

It is the responsibility of the client to contact our dispatch office at +1 800 786-0954 the scheduled driver upon disembarking from the ship and provide the pickup location. In case of a no-show, the client will be billed the full fare. The driver will remain at the pickup location for 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If no contact is made, the driver will be released and the full fare will be charged.

There is a 15-minute grace period for cruise terminal pickups and a 10-minute grace period for pier pickups; otherwise, wait time will be charged at $1.00 per minute. Last-minute changes to the pick up time are not allowed; passengers must notify our office 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time of any changes, or wait time will be charged.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Global Chauffeur Service Inc. cannot be held liable for any delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, civil commotions, war, terrorism, or any other events outside of our control.

The company shall not be held responsible for any items left in the vehicle by the passengers.

Global Chauffeur Service Inc. reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the passenger is found to be engaging in illegal activities, poses a threat to the driver or other passengers, or exhibits abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards the driver or other passengers.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or corporate account. All credit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee. A deposit may be required for certain reservations.

PRIVACY POLICY

Global Chauffeur Service Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you provide us. We do not share your information with any third-party companies for marketing purposes. Any personal information you provide to us is used solely for the purpose of providing you with transportation services.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​By making a reservation with Global Chauffeur Service Inc., you agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed above. The terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice, and it is the responsibility of the passenger to review the terms and conditions before making a reservation.

GOVERNING LAW

​These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.
